RETREATS WITH CARRI RICHARD

The ultimate pattern interrupt.

You have enough on your plate. Retreat is the accelerator: a week or more out of your own life, with women who want the same thing you do, and everything else taken care of.

Come on a journey with me. Not the kind with an itinerary you can memorize, the kind where you discover what's been waiting for you the whole time. I've been leading retreats since 2015, and what I know for certain is this: the shift you're looking for isn't hiding. It's just hard to see from where you're standing. Step away for a while, with women who understand exactly why you came, and let me show you what happens when you stop long enough to notice.

There is no growth without stopping.

You can't pivot, decide, or begin anything new while you're still moving at full speed. Every meaningful shift starts with a stop.

Retreat is the ultimate pause. The moment you say yes, you've taken yourself out of the rhythm that keeps producing the same results. The shift begins before your bags are packed.

"The minute I committed, I felt an opening up."

Holly Waldie - past attendee

Your brain can't predict this place. That's the point.

At home, your brain knows the script. Same rooms, same commute, same conversations. It predicts what’s coming and quietly prepares you for it, exactly what it was built to do. Very useful for getting through a Tuesday. Not so useful for seeing yourself clearly.

Put yourself somewhere you’ve never been, with people you’ve just met, in a country you can’t yet picture, and your brain has nothing to run on autopilot. It has to wake up and pay attention, to the place and to you. The old stories about who you are get quieter. Something in you gets room to move.

Built around you, not a curriculum.

There is no fixed program here. Every retreat is built around the people who come to it.

Months before we travel, the group meets on a series of calls. You get to know each other. You set an intention. Those intentions become the shape of the week.

You don’t need to know the how. You don’t even need to know exactly what you’re looking for. “I know something needs to shift and I can’t name it yet” is enough to start with. By the time we land, that will have sharpened into something you can work with. You’ll go home with a knowing that works in you and moves you. Not a project plan.

Transformation is never formulaic. That’s why the program isn’t either.

"I may have had these answers already and just couldn't get there. I got there without effort"

What to expect.

1

Everything is handled.

Meals, transport, lodging, excursions. Just get on the plane. You are there to receive what you came for, and logistics are not your job that week.

2

Fewer details than you're used to, on purpose.

Expectations narrow what we're able to notice. You'll get what you need to travel well and very little else, so you can arrive with an open mind.

3

A room full of people who get it.

Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen while watching someone else have theirs. Everyone arrives with a different intention, and somehow every one of them serves the others.

4

A lot, in a short time.

This is immersive by design. If you’ve been waiting for the right conditions to actually do this work, not squeeze it into the margins, this is them.

Who this is for.

Women who know in their heart it's time to step away and make the change they've been circling.

Who need the break. Who need the ease. Who need other women going through the same thing, and need them in person, not on a screen.

If you've done the reading and the podcasts and the journaling and you're still standing in the same spot, of course you are. Insight alone doesn't move you. A change of environment, a clear intention, and the right people in the room do.

"Say yes to yourself and give yourself the gift of life-changing perspectives, life-changing tools, and an intentional way to live into your authentic self."

In their words.

“

Holly Waldie

I was worth the investment.

“

Ebony

After five days of intense group work, I feel forever changed. Spiritually, physically, and mentally.

“

Meg Lennon

I witnessed aspects of myself that were blocking my progress. Her kind, gentle, insightful guidance somehow melded the journey this chosen guest list was on.

Stop. Then move.

The next retreat is Witnessed in Wales, July 2027.
